Serious I have undiagnosed ADHD , i will get diagnosed within some days

I have been struggling to sit still , i can't even sit still for like 5 minutes without fidgeting , and constantly switching task , even I can't watch movies still without switching to other , followed by extreme Hyperactive, impulsivivity etc which all remain consistent since age 8 . Anyone here who has diagnosed with adhd tell me about the medication

I'm pretty sure I have undiagnosed adhd (inattentive type). Right now (for over a year at this point) I'm struggling to do job applications while literally all my friends are working, getting money, going on to their second jobs etc. I take ldar literally, because some days that's all that I can do. Of course it's defined my social life too. Talking to people in general takes way too much energy. But I got a stack of meds from a friend and they've helped me through some tasks that I needed to do. I'm afraid of taking them daily, especially when I don't have anything in particular but I'll try it out and see if it helps me actually live my own life.

My friend used to take them meds. They helped a bit, but he was still hyper as fuck

Got diagnosed with adhd young, all it did was get me hooked on amphetamines which ruined my health. I’m guessing I’ll be dead by 40 because of the stimulants I started on back then (and take to this day). If you made it this long without meds, especially stimulants, don’t take them. It’s genuinely better for your overall health to just smoke ciggies or vape, I wish I’d just stuck to that in hindsight.

I can’t reach baseline productivity without taking them (more than prescribed dosage since my tolerance got so high). This wouldn’t be that problematic but whenever I do anything slightly physical I get heart palpitations and it reminds me that I’m not going to live to see 40.
