Venting I have six lousy doses of Valium and I don't know when to use them

When I next have anxiety?

When I next have alcohol withdrawals?

When I have to see my family next month?

To me it sucks because I think there should be a regular supply for someone like me with my anxiety issues but this was a one-off NHS 'gift'.
