drinkmaxxing is a bad cope, I used to drinkmaxx maybe half a year ago with whiskey, i'd drink half a bottle to 3/4 of it a night but I was sick one day after eating a kebab and now gone off it completely, still have the same bottle I drank from that night haven't touched it.
then I beermaxxed for a while especially after getting back from thailand where I drank everyday then just slowly went off it too due to it fucking up my sleep, i sleep at like 5-6am until about 3-4pm but i would just drink beer until like 4-5 and then chill then sleep but wake up at like 9am and find it hard to go back to sleep so stopped
not drunk anything in a while tbh, i wouldn't describe myself as a alcoholic, more of a binge drinker as I never drunk in the day time only at night.
