You dont need those positive traits to be autistic im low iq and short impulse with a horrible attention span, the computer nerd autistic kids in my school got all the special attention, if a chad would bully a higher functioning autistic some normies would defend him, low iq autistics like me are turned into "lolcows" and its socially acceptable
