Most modern soycial media (NarcissistBook, Narcissistagram, etc.) is cancer designed to brainwash you with globohomo and make you feel inadequate, atomised and isolated
Best thing to do is either delete it or only use it for news, organising events (at uni or work for example) or stalking people
Use it for maybe 5-10 minutes a day tops to quickly check headlines etc. then dip
