I hate seeing my reflection outside my house

I'm used to how I look inside but for some reason whenever I see my reflection outside of my house, I look like a completely different person. Everything about me looks so subhuman - my face, my body, my autistic walk etc
I need to avoid reflective surfaces when i'm outside because they are extreme suifuel.
