if the patient feels something is wrong, the doctor just tells you its nothing then you die of stage 4 cancer

And then the doctor returns to work the next day, not feeling like he did anything wrong, and with the same bleiefe that patients are hypochondriacs

Doctors are overpaid and aragant as fuck

The relationship between docotr and patient is like between prof and student.
Doctors should be paid middle class salaries rather than upper class salaries

I had a phychiatrist in my teens.
At appointments, I'd just ramble about what I did that month, and he'd prescribe me aderrall and sleeping pills.
I used both those drugs for recreational purposes
