i got my gamecube

it arrived at 25 pass 1, while i was at th library, but it was given to my neighbour for safe keeping.

it came with everything, the console itself, the controller and the cables.
it even came with the original gamecube box which was cool, and its still in pretty good condition.

i'm pretty impressed how things that came out so long ago are kept in such good condition tbh.

the console didn't come with a memory card, which is pretty shitty, i had to order one separately.
the memory card should have arrived today, but the royal fail have it stuck in limbo or some shit.

as for the games, so far i have pikmin, mario sunshine and luigi's mansion.
i plan on getting more games like paper mario, mario kart double dash, f zero gx, sonic adventure 1 and 2, pikmin 2, wario world and smash melee.

@Stupid Clown recommended donkey kong jungle beat to me, and it doesn't look like my cup of tea tbh.
its a rhythm game, i never cared for those and you have to play it with that bongo peripheral too.

but yeah, pretty great that i got my gamecube and 3 games for it already.
sucks shit that i don't have a memory card, hopefully it'll turn up tomorrow.

i'm also keeping the original gamecube box, when i'm completely done with the gamecube, i'll pack it all in the box and store it away forever.

i like to image me as an old man rummaging around in my attic and finding this, and playing it again.

I also got smash melee, warioworld, paper mario and pacman world 2 as like, an investment for when I get housed one day.
I can take it out of storage and play it at the soup kitchen, and have a few times, but I'm pretty nervous about doing that.

Yeah, I got a small telly in storage too, and they have this small corner in the lounge area to game if I want to.

I often don't because I need to get it out and back in storage and I don't want it stolen.

What I meant was you could download gamecube games and put them on a hard drive and play it through the wii. It's meant to be pretty much identical to playing on gamecube. Saves you buying games unless you want to start collecting.
