A guy leaves work early to go to the hospital with flowers and a teddy bear.
He received a phone call from the doctor that his pregnant wife has just given birth.
The guy asks the doctor about his wife and child, and the doctor assures him that shes fine and healthy, shes just given birth to a healthy baby boy.
The guy excitedly enters the maturity ward to see his wife and new born son, but the ward is completely empty.
Confused, the guy turns to the doctor, then all of a sudden, all the doctors and all the nurses jump out and scream in his face:
"JUST JOKING!
YOUR WIFE'S DEAD AND YOUR SON'S A SPASTIC!!"
