I get very mad anytime I see couples now

I'm definitely not the only one here who is like this but recently it's gotten very bad, even if it's a couple in media like a movie/TV show it still pisses me off and sends me into a realm of wanting to some not so wholesome things to them

And I'm not even particularly jealous about it because most men are with a cunt way below their level who is probably chubby, but I guess just the reminder is what makes me mad.
