With the amount of ads YouTube keeps blasting at us, ad blockers are a necessity. They're a huge help when you're listening to an hour long mix while playing a game. Without ad block, you'd get about five or six ad interrupts and it would really fuck with the flow of the music, so you'd regularly have to alt+tab just to skip ad. Very fucking annoying.
