What if im in serious pain but all u have is codeine, i fucking cant, i legit have to take like 100 mg codeine to feel anything at all

I’ve only dabbled with caffeine weed and alcohol but there was a time I did try shrooms.

So I’ve heard with heroin, but I hear that fent dopamine release it quicker but the euphoria is less than heroin.

But I could be wrong idk I’ve never tried both but if I’m gonna die I’d rather have something that I feel the euphoric high that lasts longer than something that doesn’t last long.
