I presumed S04E12 - Crawl Space - would have been the highlight of the series but I could not have been more wrong. S05E14 - Ozymandias - was a daring episode and the series finale, S05E16 - Felina - ended perfectly. I honestly felt pretty depressed after it had ended. I wish Walter White could have stayed alive but I know given the circumstances, it'd be pointless. Hank had been murdered, his family turned his back towards him; there simply was no life to get back to. It was the perfect ending. Something I keep thinking about is Hank's last words, out in the desert, right before he gets shot in the head. Walter White is pleading with the white supremacist gang leader Jack not to kill Hank and offers him $80 million that he had buried in order to financially support his family after his death but Jack outsmarted him in that moment, knowing the location of the burial site since Walter was too specific with his location - he gave him co-ordinates to take a hit out on Jesse. - Before Jack fatally shoots Hank; Hank turns to Walter and says "You're the smartest guy I've ever met. And you're too stupid to see he made up his mind ten minutes ago." And then tells Jack to do what he is gonna do. I seriously cannot stop thinking about it.
