Red Reishi mushroom inhibits dopamine nerve degeneration which is caused by microgrial activation, or a pathological immune response, which is theorized to be a cause or contributing factor of autism.

Ashwagandha ksm-66 decreases cortisol levels and thus neuroticism.

Magnesium is an essential nutrient and most people are deficient in it. The form magnesium glycinate is most effective against neuroticism.

I started taking SSRI pills in February, because I saw so many young, beautiful local women with recent asylum seeker immigrants and had no weapons and gear to take them out (and no knowledge about where to find the same couples again and I want to kill as many as I can, so that needs a good plan). I had to stop because of multiple bad effects, worst probably not sleeping well and memory worsening (and reading that SSRIs accelerate memory decline).

If so, take them for a short while and then tell your doctor they arent working, so you can switch to something better like NDRIs (motivates you) or atypical antidepressants. These last weeks I did nothing but play Ragnarok Online nonstop and going for random walks while listen to Christian and mental health stuff. The main reason I disappeared from here is that I didn't want to read anything about women and relationships. But then I saw that people were worrying about me and decided to come back. I probably won't be much active on ID but I'll post again.

As for the pills, I still feel depressed and my libido isn't gone at all but I've been more successful in my fight against porn. Not sure if the pills helped. I've been sleeping better as well. But again, it's been less than one month, probably they haven't worked 100% yet. How about you bro?
