I feel like my brain is rotting

My insomnia Is killing my brain. I can't think right, my eyes can't concentrate, consistently i feel like getting choked i having trouble solving math problems that was always extremely easy for me and I feel tired without doing anything. It doesn't help that i am I am like the Narrator of Fight club ''With insomnia, nothing's real. Everything is far away. Everything is a copy of a copy of a copy.''
