Thats funny- I actually asked my mom for my first cigarette. My parents are non smokers. I visited them due to covid. I talked with them about my depression and inceldom and told them I need a cigarette, they gave me a leftover cigarette a guest forgot. Maybe you will get lucky, maybe your brain will have some random spark of motivation out of despiration and it will lead to something so you can cope for a little bit longer. The cigarette and the escort were also for me some gut reactions. I just randomly decided to do it and it had a lasting effect on me. But will something like that happen to you. Idk maybe we cannot influence it but sometimes just doing something after making a snap decision leads somewhere. It can be other drugs, it can be just talking to a random stranger or for that matter your oneitis if you ever had one (can also be massive sui fuel) or it can be just randomly deciding to take a 200 miles walk.
