Whenever Im around normies like in a supermarket i automatically get tense and start to stress because of my social anxiety, i feel human only when Im alone or with family when Im around normies i feel like an alien that was never taught how to normally interact with normies, even basic interaction such as "Yes" "no" "goodbye" feel very awkward.
