I've been wronged so many times in my life. I'm trying meditation and breathing techniques when I get angry but that doesn't help much

I feel the same way ,sometimes I have these manic episodes where i have flashbacks to my humiliating past and I fantasize for hours thinking about the different decisions I should have made and realizing its too late now and the past can never be changed no matter how much I yell,cry,beg or pray.

Lately I havent been as angry because ive graduated uni and have just been waging and playin vidya. Not being around moggers and not having deadlines and bullshit outside of work has been huge for me. One of the many reasons I withdraw from society as far as pragmatically possible. Not sure of your age but 1st-2nd year of uni was like peak suifuel/ERfuel times for me.

Weed helps, though you said you cant get it. Idk i try to think of normies as braindead insects with minimal intentionality. The harms theyve caused me are not of their own doing but the result of their genetics and conditioning to be naturally degenerate retards. that's one line of thought to think/cope your way out of anger.

these are better than what I do, which is just escapism .. into a book or a forum like this or whatever ..
