Just had an online group job interview, it was me and a normie, plus the HR foid. The normie was smiling all the time and I noticed they will call him back but not me. But I don't know how to smile or laugh, when I try it looks extremely awkward and forced.

I have so many job interviews I've lost count over the past several years, and not once has it been one of these group things. Is it just an American thing?

jfl, the least you can do is to smile

you probably don't get out of your room at all, that's why you're having problems doing normal social interactions rn

Yes, I don't leave my house and I never interact with humans

It happens sometimes, it was just a small interview to get to know us, they will call us later for the real interview

My brothers laughed at me 10 years ago, saying he looks so ugly when he smiles right? They were absolutely right and I appreciate their honesty. It's true, I look even uglier when I smile or laugh, so I never do it with people around. Bimax could have potentially fixed that. But it's too late now, I'm too old.

Same, my jaw will literally start twitching because it’s so unnatural of a motion
