This is especially bad if you are ND. Being ugly and an extreme heightcel makes me avoid having my picture taken whenever I can. But in situations where I am forced to do it, such as a family reunion or holidays or some sort of outing, I feel like a weird alien in a skinsuit trying to figure out how to appear human while everyone else just naturally knows how to pose and smile for a picture. And then once you see the picture it is so much worse than you imagined
