I dont feel comfortable interacting with people even over the internet

Even when talking to people on this forum i feel a sense of discomfort, with normies its obviously even worse which is why i rarely do it as well as talking to someone privately. Can you relate?

Yes that's why I'll make threads sometimes and barely answer any of the posts under it. I'm also bad at communicating with people directly.

I've only gotten worse at talking to people over the past year.
