For nearly a whole year, I didn't shower once. i didn't shower because I was neeting and Its something Ive dealt with my whole life, but this was the longest ive ever gone without showering. Ever.
I used to only wash armpits and feet when i was a teenager but ive stepped up my hygiene since then. Over time, i developed a layer of brown dermatitis/dirt on my actual skin. It mostly covered my upper back, stomach, neck, arms, and area above ankles, ive tried scratching it off but it caused me a lot of pain.
Around the dirt, its just dry skin. I used to scratch the flaky skin and scrape off the crust, which didnt hurt.
i used to rub a dry bar of soap over the dirt layer but it did nothing except remove a dandruff-like crust that stuck to the soap and i had to throw the whole bar away after one use
The smell wasnt too bad it never got worse it just stayed the same but i would spray this disinfectant spray on my clothes (if i were wearing any that day) so i didnt feel as unclean as i was. it was my penis that was the only actual smelly part, it smelt like fermented something it smelt AWFUL
Eventually i started just pouring warm water on myself everyday and rubbed my skin during the process and it kind of went away, the smell is still ''baked'' into my bed sheets but im not bothered to get any new ones. This was a few years ago, but sometimes I catch myself going weeks without showering.
i havent showered since maybe two weeks now which is average, also please dont make this a racial thing.
