Professor gave me only a 50 for my first lab

In my introduction to engineering class, I received a 50 on my first lab assignment
The idea was to build a paper tower using one sheet of paper and tape and scissors
It says the structure will be judged on the ability to stand for at least one minute
So my tower wasn't the biggest, like 0.75 meters, but it stood for a lot more than one minute, and there wasn't a height requirement
I am very sad, I need to pass the class with an A and it bumped my grade down to a C
Worst part is he doesn't include feedback, so I don't know what I do wrong (it's an online class)

I had to make an introduction video as my first assignment but didn't include my face

But it was high, I don't know how high he wanted it to be.
I have an image of it, it was a tower. It fit the definition for one, I used all the paper I was allowed to use.
It had 3 pillars to stand, then it extended all way up.

It's his first year if I'm right, I thought it would have been a nice class, but nope.
I am taught nothing and not even given examples or demonstrations on what to do. At least in my physics class there's demonstrations. :/
I have another lab due tomorrow, I'll say how it goes.
