I didn't have bulbous nose tip before but after I gained weight and did steroids my nose became bulbous Im so mad over this, I used to have a defined nose but now it looks so fucking fat.

You never did show me any post-steroid photos of yourself; I'd like to see how significant the change is...

I don't believe my nose is "bulbous", but it does have a rather visible bump; still a failo, as far as I'm concerned.
