Today i tried quitting all my copes except for faps bc the urge drives me crazy.
I ended up crying like 3 time bc i felt lonely as fuck.
Thing is that when i was a kid my face turned red, i breathed differently, more tears. It was more intense. Now there are only some tears and just that. Curious
