I am such a pussy, I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes, a bottle of water and some snack to cope with, but couldn't force myself to enter the store because of anxiety.
Since I am a regular in this store I avoided it because those cashiers see me often and I hate having to deal with cashiers that have seen me 1000+ times.
Ended up going to some other store, but there was not that snack in particular I wanted, so I just bought my cigarette pack and a bottle of water.
I feel disappointed in myself.

im fighting the same shit,unless im on 20mg of benzos i cant make myself walk into a store or gas station to refuel my car... everyday when i woke up i take my dose which i would not be able to function without,i had serious withdrawals and breakdowns when i ran out of my meds for few times over weekends and it was pure hell
