Not just winter itself, but cold weather in general, it usually starts in late October-November, which is pretty soon, I am tired of the sun and how hot it is, I want to take walks when it snows because that's pretty much the only time I go for walks

Do you not ski? If you have got resorts nearby you should give it a try. It is a lot of fun, at least in my experience.

It’s not winter until it’s December or January

It’s gonna be in the high 90s for the rest of the year until December and then it only goes down tot he 50s

I mean.... If you wear protective gear and sunscreen you don't run any risk of skin cancer even under scorching sun.

Idk, I enjoy all seasons equally. Winter is cool because of weeks of no sunshine and infinite rain and sometimes we get snow too. But each season has its particularities, a cold beer doesn't go down as well in wintER. Also you can't stalk skanky foids in wintER on account of them all dressing modestly because of the weathER.

Based. From October onwards, the weather actually becomes quite good, or rather bearable, again. There's no need to fear a late summer relapse anymore. In September, it can sometimes still be quite warm, but fortunately only for a few hours during the day, as the nights are already quite long again. Unfortunately, snow is rare where I live.
