I cant stop scratching zit on my jaw

This is insane, i do this unconsciously for 10min and not do anything productive

Otherwise im productive but since i have this annoying scratch my hands are always flowing towards it and scratching it, making permanent scars on my face

I do this too, it's a horrible habit. I will pop zits until blood is drawn, I can't stand the thought of any pus being under my skin.
