I seldom remeber my dreams but every single time I do they are always, ALWAYS, nightmares. Tonight I dreamed that I went to explore a remote abandoned lab in a snowy setting with forest and I was chased by creatures like this:

Baby

I had to find an escape stealthly until I went deeper in the lab and hid under a bed after a human was roaming the rooms with violent intent; he looked like this:

Trager

The dream then ended, I am so sick of these nightmares, is there a way to have good dreams?

I used to always have nightmares, but I've never dreamt of creatures like the ones you mentioned, I've only encountered sea monsters, usually my nightmares are about me getting bullied or humiliated.

There's no way to really change your dreams, but I've found a pattern, usually the information your brain absorbs during the day is used as fuel for dreams. When I started gooning to hentai and fantasizing about my waifu often, eventually I started dreaming of anime girls, but it's not consistent.

I do have nightmares almost every night but I find it rather enjoyable to be honest, getting chased by monsters or experiencing the most fucked up cronenberg tier body horror is infinitely more exciting and exhilarating than my gray boring slob of a life. There is always a certain sense of urgency and impending doom and I love it. I then wake up and everything is just fine.
