RageFuel I can't sleep properly

I always try hard to sleep early but I always randomly end up waking up in the middle of the night and cannot sleep after that as my neurons activate, anytime I try to sleep after that I always get body aches. What's worse is that I have a strict medicine schedule to follow.

I had mild insomnia ever since I was a child. I think it's one of the things that fucked me up. I was always too tired to have hobbies or put effort into anything.

I also have trouble sleeping sometimes, it's just horrible, because the next morning you want to get out of bed and you can't because you're so sleepy.

cant sleep either. I think its a mix of health issues, diet and chronic stress for entire life. When I do deep breathing exercises, I can kinda get there, close to edge of sleep, but my body is like fucking robot that wakes up submarine crew when they nod of ALERT ALERT, and it rips me back to perma alertness. I wish I was braindead retard sometimes that can sleep in 2s like shutting down linux
