First I downloaded a video course made by some chad looking man about having more energy, and the first tips he gave have actually helped me have more energy so I am grateful for that, but then he derailed the topic and started talking about how he would go to parties and come home with 1 or 2 girls to bang, and it was so common to him that he took hook ups for granted, what was even the purpose to include that?
