Masturbation is as much of a habit as eating is. Yes, some people overdo it, but just doing it at normal intervals isn't some sort of a bad habit you've picked up from somewhere.

I blame school. When I was there, they showed my year group a video about puberty. They basically implied that males have to wank. Recently; I've stopped wanking for good. I've never taken any calming medication before, but that's what I'd liken it to.
