I used to be extremely fat as a kid but 5 years ago i lost shit ton of weight by going to the gym and taking an hour long walks . Ever since then I've been sitting and maintaining the same kilograms. 64-65 at 167cm height. Because of my shitty manlet height I am skinny fat and i've still got loose skin. I've tried starvemaxxing as well as fasting but my instincts always kick in in the middle of the night and I ruin everything by eating double of what I usually eat. I do not eat a lot in fact I've been eating only 1 meal for the past 3 days and I feel much better YET I am still not losing kilograms. I am sitting at the same shitty kilograms maybe because I replaced water with coca-cola and pepsi for the past 3 days as well. Well, I am currently skinnyfat but I feel disgusting and fat as fuck. I look lean in clothes but whenever I have to witness my body without a shirt it's a big suicidefuel for me. What the fuck am I doing wrong ? I move a lot but don't exercise because I have no motivation to. I walk on average 5kms a day during my nightwalks and run errands for my father. I do a lot of pushups over 100 in a single day yet I only see change in my arms and chest nothing more.
