I've started reducing the amount of smoking but fuuuuck this is hard

Maybe you could see what sort of hints you are getting that trigger you to do it, possibly self analyse on them and see what other alternatives you could take. This probably doesn’t sound like top advice but it’s what I can think of right now

Can relate. I'm on day three without cigarettes and I don't even know why I stopped ffs. For financial reasons I guess. However I could really use a cigarette right now.
