2030 is overly optimistic for an actual solution but i kinda wanted to give a more positive prediction here, but I think at that point a light at the end of the tunnel might be visible.

Technological advancement has been continuously accelerating and ai is only gonna accelerate it further, right now most experts are predicting human level ai around 2040, but just a few years ago that prediction was 2060, once that happens we could basically have 10000000 cloned genius level researchers working 5x faster than any human 24/7 without the need for a single break while perfectly sharing information with each other and having all of human knowledge at their fingertips at any given moment.

Even if this doesn't bring about any solutions, it could extend lifespan so by the time you're 50, you have the potential to live to 90, and by the time you're 70 you have the potential to live to 100 and so on until eventually a solution arises.

It's a really long wait but realistically most people here arent gonna be killing themselves, we've got nothing but sitting around and waiting in our future anyways, so its nice to think about a potential payoff at the end.
