I am diagnosing people on reddit with severe health diseases

A lot of people on reddit list their symptoms and speculate on severe diseases they might have. Since I know medical terminology and can look up diseases on Wikipedia and the worst types of those disease.. automatically I assume the very severe and serious disease. Then based on my diagnosis I look up the treatments , and I talk about lifelong medications they will need, and depending on the disease surgeries.

Its funny when you read all the comments and there is always dozens of comments, they are gaslighting the person saying no nothing is wrong, when you go to the doctor you will see its just anxiety/psychological issues, don't worry, change your diet, exercise, the usual normie stuff.

Then my post is unbelievably serious and frightening and using scary medical terms, and asking them questions like heart rate, edema, how fast the onset was of symptoms, sleeping, etc. All of which when they say those things, I take as bad signs.
