You can't be real bro. North Korea is one of the world's poorest countries, the average man there considers himself lucky to eat three meals a day. Their promised socialist "universal healthcare" is on paper only, this shows best during crises like 1990s famines and the pandemic. Also they have a caste-like loyalty classification system, which makes economic mobility pretty much impossible. Hardly anyone there manages to rise above the caste assigned to them at birth.
As for "guaranteed employment", yes the state assigns jobs and requires labor from most citizens but this isn't "full employment", rather more like enforced work, including uncompensated or coerced labor to sustain the economy. Refusal brings punishment. And their punishments are generational, your family is punished for your wrongs.
