Question to immigrant haters

I've seen quite a few ppl on this site hate on immigrants as a whole. I understand that in a lot of western countries they commit a disproportionate amount of crime.
Why do you guys feel the need to target your anger at immigrants rather than the shitty government who fails to punish wrongdoers?
Look at England for example: a predominantly Muslim and SEA rape gang was discovered recently and in the report it said that many officers failed to take proper measures in fear of being seen as racist. Are the officers not also at fault for not taking the proper measures?

I will give you an example. In the gulf countries rape and murder crimes are very low. Even though these countries are mostly composed of Muslim and SEA migrants (who commit a lot of crime in the west) you do not see rape gangs or violent murders happening. It is because in these countries governments take proper measures to punish wrongdoers and give actual punishments rather than the "rehabilitation" bs. Moreover, Islam is a much more important thing both culturally and socially; it is why the men are much more shy around women and do not stare or make friends with them.
If there is proof that a country full of brown immigrants can be perfectly safe then why must you blame the immigrants rather than the governments?

Immigrants keep wages low. It's not their fault really, but they're not being shipped in for any humanitarian reason, they are being brought in to alleviate the dropping white birthrates. When the demand for labor is high and the supply is low, companies have to pay them more, and they don't want that, so shipping in more workers prevents that. Back in the pandemic like a million people just died, so workers were able quit jobs they hated and ask for more. Can't have that, now can we? So immigration surged.

Now I'm doing a part time job that ought to be full time, but the place I work at is too cheap to make it a full position with benefits, and they can get away with that because desperate losers like me can't demand more.
