What's stopping Chads, the rich, or the most brutal from accumulating multiple foids and leaving the rest of us dry?

Nothing really. Only difference is they would be property for the taking(only because they cant defend themselves against men realistically) and the responsibility for their welfare would be on their owners(or husband or father or whatever). The only reason now that chads and the rich get the most foids is because we are in this grey area between socially enforced monogamy and full polygyny or polygamy. State is divided into shares just like a public company and citizens may acquire or decrease their share of the state by trading them in an exchange. There will be only one type of share class, so every share will be equal. 1 share = 1 vote
It would be possible to raise the total number of shares outstanding with a 2/3 super majority. All new shares would be distributed to the shareholders in proportion to their current holdings.(e.g. if I own 1% of the state, I will get 1% of all the newly issued shares)
