Anybody else here have a completely fucked posture as a result of spending your entire life sitting in front of a screen? I would get bullied constantly at school for the fact that I had the posture of the hunchback of notre dame, including by teachers. I tried to remedy it back in those days by watching cringe PUA shit about how to get a good posture, but Ive long since given up on that since at this point Im convinced that Ive permanently fucked up my spine and am stuck being a hunchback for the rest of my days.

i have an exercise that fixed this for me on the spot after years of having this problem. it was from tiktok. its rare that a tiktok lifehack like that works, but this one does. i can DM it to you
