Let's say today, an African country somehow occupied an European or Asian country. There, the locals are treated poorly and the settlers have born lots of offsprings.
Then a resistance movement managed to take control of the government, deporting colonizers and their children.
So what ends for said resistance movement?

The 1948 Genocide Convention criminalizes acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group:

- Article II(c): Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
A campaign of systematic killings plus mass deportations aimed at eliminating a native population meets the threshold for genocide.
