[UWSL]I was thin until I got hypothyroidism and gained weight when i was 17 but i lost alot of weight by swimmingmaxxing [/UWSL]

You may have a headache for a few days since your blood sugar will be low but your body will adjust to using fat as a fuel source and you'll start to lose weight at a decent rate.
 
Smoke cigarettes, drink a lot of caffeine, eat beef and fruits only, be active. You don't have to exercise but you should. Its good for your health.

Exercise won't really help in losing weight that much. If you eat bunch of donuts you would have to run for hours to burn the calories off. Just don't eat as much
 
replace with ur snacks with watermelon

Don't eat as much and drink apple cider vinegar, green tea and yerba mate. Don't sit down too much as well

Bloatmaxx doesn't even feel good anymore. Eating maintenance and above also makes me too tired to play video games or do much of anything.

Dieting at 1200 calories a day now. Need to lose like 70 pounds to be lean after two binges. Two 600 calorie frozen pizzas + all the zero calorie drinks I need is easiest for me.

I won't drink at home but can do it at work

people lose weight by cutting on food and not gymaxxing or runmaxxing.if anything that will just increase your weight by giving you muscle and making you look more bloated(only you have a decent body fat percentage musclemaxxing is a meme).

search for a calorie intake calculator and see how many calories you can take. for most neet fatcels for them to lose weight decently it's around 1300-1400 calories.if you work and stuff i suppose it will be different,so you better use a calculator.

also get a weight balance to measure your food.you will need it to measure how much stuff you are eating.

I drink monster energy zero ultra. Very yummy. Nicotine suppresses appetite similar to caffeine so just an additional suggestion. Coffee and a smoke usually keeps me fine from waking up until lunch.

Salmon, tuna, and tilapia are good. You could also eat skinless chicken breast another source of lean protein.
