The supplements are junk, but the lifestyle changes, like weight training (as well as fat loss that you mentioned), do in fact raise your basal testosterone levels.

the point is you can't beat your genetics. these habits will for the most part allow you to have your max genetic T levels. and they won't dramatically change your life or some shit. the natural T levels at birth till puberty are the ones that really matter
