I'm referring to laws in United States of America for this post.

So, I've been thinking about ways that one might be able to hire someone without going to jail if it's an undercover cop. So apparently using words such as "meet ups" are popular. You can say that you have money on the night stand, and that its there, but you can't say in exchange for sex. In fact, all you really need to do, is at all times avoid the term "in exchange for" or "ill give you ___ dollars if you ____ "

You can say that you are gifting them money in a "non-exchange transition" . That is legal. Notice the work gift, not give. The difference between the f and the v could be a potential jail sentence. You can also use vague non-sexual langue, such as, "I have some money waiting for you" or "how much for a night with you?"

Fun fact, prostitution is legal federally, its just that in almost every municipality, it is locally illegal.

What do you guys think about the my black pill method for picking up women?

If you got money, you can go to Nevada, although you probably have to shell out at least $1,000.

Or just find street hookers. Most cops won't care since a few are even johns themselves, but you still gotta be careful.

Don't even bother whorecelling in the US, I promise you it's not anywhere near worth it. It's difficult, sketchy, highly expensive, the whores are all entitled feminists, and the quality of the service is horrible more often than not.

Exactly why I don't even bother. That, and that most escorts on Listcrawler are old fat black sheboons.

You gotta be retarded to get busted by the police. Especially propositioning an undercover cop. You don’t ask can I get sex for 100? You be more discreet and vague until you are sure she’s legit. Which with street whores you should be able to tell anyway.

legal in my country:feelscomfy:

Legal federally but illegal in municipalities?

How the fuck does that work? Fucking retarded.

Legalise it or decriminalise it nationally.

I'm fairly certain this is too explicit.

That being said, I'm willing to believe it is indeed possible to pay for sex without making any explicit negotiation, which should in theory avoid prosecution.

However, you would have to find a hooker willing to play that game. I suppose dating apps should make that possible.

It sounds risky though. Implicit agreements are cause for misunderstandings and thus potentially altercation, either with the whore or her boyfriend, pimp or whatever.

BTW that reminds me of that South's park episode where the authors seemed to imply that normies often give money to women after sex, under the pretense of paying for a cab or something.

I have no idea if that is representative of normie behavior or not. Maybe.

Some of those foids already do that with subtle wording like donation and gifts. You'll either get popped or you won't. There's times where I had a bad feeling and bailed out from meeting up.

The best you can do is get some sort of nude, a cop will never send you nudes or elicit pics

You think foids would pay to get Chad's or Tyrone's 8 inch cock?
Maby, but they don't need to.

I meant, usually, the prostitutes don't get in trouble, only the Johns. Maybe the US is an exception though because police state.

Well realistically the goal is identifying a woman who isn't a cop, as if you can do that you should be good, as even in some hypothetical and very unlucky scenario where you somehow get prosecuted, it's not exactly easy to prove anything if none of your communication mentions directly paying for sex.

So with that in mind, lets think about this.

Would police have active social media accounts which are years old? Would police have their own website with professional photography? Would police require you to be screened? Would police have positive reviews (or be reviewed at all)?

I'd say that the answer to all of those questions is likely no, so if several of these apply to someone, chances are they're not police. Another thing to keep in mind is that you'll often see escorts who do shit like onlyfans as well. Cucked and pointless as it might be, police aren't going to have an onlyfans, and they certainly aren't going to be willing to send nudes as @Dregster666 pointed out.

Whatever the case make sure to pay attention to the community surrounding someone. Even if they're not a cop, you surely want to avoid someone surrounded by dissatisfied customers and drama, as you need to be able to trust them, and you want to have a good experience. Personally I would also avoid any add which directly suggests sex.
