I fucking HATE not being able to fall asleep. Does anyone know how to fall asleep very fast?

ok but seriously idk maybe like avoid caffeine before ur gonna sleep. and try to make sure u actually burn energy during the day so you're tired at night.

I've had issues falling asleep early my entire life.
If I drink alcohol a couple of hours before I want to sleep, it usually helps.
Sometimes I just skip an entire night's worth of sleep, so that the next day I am very tired and can fall asleep easier.
