Ive been drinking more than usual and the hangovers are killing me, how the fuck can i avoid them? I cant drink everyday so that is not an answer
 
Drink less, for real. Alcohol is a lowIQ cope.The "over" never ends, alcohol drags you even more down.
 
Water.

Always drink water before and after you drink alcohol. Eases the hangover a lot.
 
But you can drink lots of water and have some light stretching exercises
 
Ok, serious answer: Drink a shitton of water before you go out drinking. Like literally as much as you can drink. Do it until your piss isn't yellow anymore but clear like water. That'll help.
Eat a good meal in the morning.

I'd say the temple of iron is the best of all copes, short term and long term. You can work out at home if you want. High T will boost your life overall.

I wish I could cope like that, but lifting a weight is such a low iq thing to do, there is no skill involved, no thinking involved, it's just doing a stupid movement over and over again until your muscle hurts. It's such a low iq thing to do.
The benefits are nice, ngl. But the activity itself is probably the most underwhelming way of spending your time I can think of.

I'm not sitting on the high horse mate, I went to the gym 3 times a week for over a year so I know what I'm talking about. Sure, my body was in good shape, but it didn't change the fact that my life was pathetic and not going anywhere.
