Ive been drinking more than usual and the hangovers are killing me, how the fuck can i avoid them? I cant drink everyday so that is not an answer
Water.
Drink less
Drink less, for real. Alcohol is a lowIQ cope. The "over" never ends, alcohol drags you even more down.
I'd say the temple of iron is the best of all copes, short term and long term. You can work out at home if you want. High T will boost your life overall. What other copes are there? I like alcohol. Because i can drink myself to the point i dont understand anything.
I wish I could cope like that, but lifting a weight is such a low iq thing to do, there is no skill involved, no thinking involved, it's just doing a stupid movement over and over again until your muscle hurts. Don't sit on such a high horse bro, sit on high T and get your ass out. It is really fun, not even joking. You can look at yourself the mirror a lot longer once you are in shape.I wish I could cope like that, but lifting a weight is such a low iq thing to do, there is no skill involved, no thinking involved, it's just doing a stupid movement over and over again until your muscle hurts. The benefits are nice, ngl. But the activity itself is probably the most underwhelming way of spending your time I can think of.
I'm not sitting on the high horse mate, I went to the gym 3 times a week for over a year so I know what I'm talking about. Sure, my body was in good shape, but it didn't change the fact that my life was pathetic and not going anywhere.Don't sit on such a high horse bro, sit on high T and get your ass out.
