how to cope without drugs?

i‘ve been drinking booze every day the last few weeks and i notice how it makes my chud life shittier. i also can only smoke weed once a week or otherwise it‘ll make things even worse.

i cant watch a film, series, anime, play vidya or whatever cuz i‘m an utterly defeated anhedonic apathetic beta male. i cant do shit, there is no fucking point. how do u cope?
