Ever since my health shit started. My colonoscopy yesterday. How utter shit I feel all I want to do is sit silently in the dark and fucking die.


Anyone got any ideas for cheering up. Even weed has hardly helped at all.

At this rate I'll just die due to not moving enough
 
If nothing is helping, sadly, you just gotta sit in silence and embrace the emotional pain. Saying this from experience.

Feeding the ducks or going for night walks works for me sometimes. Or focusing on stories of people more miserable and messed up than you can make you feel better about yourself sometimes too. I would recommend working out if you feel up to it, even if it's just a few push ups and sit ups, and I'd recommend only using alcohol, weed and junk food as a treat. Hope that helps...

imo there's no point in offing yourself, depression eventually goes away anyway, and worst case scenario you just get used to it

Was in the ER twice bleeding out my ass. Been having severe nausea and some pain. Been going on for like 3 months.

Wish I was fucking dead. And yesterday they basically told me theres nothing major wrong. Despite my symptoms

To be fair I think the answer you dont want is actually go on and slow down drinking and improve your health. But who the fuck doesnt want to get wasted and cope their life away anyways?

Just been inhaling pot as much as possible. As for the rest I've just no energy for that. I'll try checking out stories of dying people

Cant keep down alcohol. So havent been drinking.

I'm smoking lots of pot and nothing i can do for my health as they cant tell me what's wrong
 
Alcohol, weed, Cocaine etc... Are all good copes but you will depend on them so use them with moderation, best advice I can give boyo is try go out and see new things, hobbies and so on

Try to get some pills off your therapist. If she's really not convinced, say you're having suicidal thoughts (but haven't made a plan. If you have actually planned it then they can detain you under the mental health act).

I usually just sit in my room and watch your streams while they're on.

Try and cut down on the drugs.

Remember, you have at least a few things to live for: streams, you wouldn't be able to see yourself with Tom grease; us meeting in a couple of months.
 
It's worse when people are judging you. And pressuring you to change.
Depression ain't so bad if you can just deal with it at your own pace.

That sucks ngl. Maybe cut off the alcohol and the pot for a while and see if you're feeling better, give the body a chance to recover.

Yeah gonna see if they can maybe up my dosages or give me something better. We shall see.

Its been this ongoing stomach/colon thing i was in the hospital twice for
 
It has been said already, but slowly reduce alcohol intake, work out, talk to a psychiatrist to try different jewpills.

You could try natural anti-inflamatory food like ginger and tumeric. I combine the former with green tea and drink a cup each two hours, helps me a bit not being so down, but is healthier than energy drinks. You can simply grate ginger into an insulated can and add two teabags in the morning. There's other stuff you could add as well, I guess.
I simply currymaxx with the latter. I know this is a desperate measure, but it's at least sth. :feelskek:
