Waking up to my neighbor laughing, brushing my teeth, showering, scrolling through reels, watching whatever show I’m interested in , studying for about an hour , ordering food and eating alone. Then playing single player games, wanking until I got tired, and falling asleep. Repeat. I wasn’t talking to anyone, not hearing any real voice. That was my life for about two years. I’d call my parents once a week, talk for a few minutes. And sometimes I’ll leave my room only to go to uni if there was an exam or a really important lectures. Attendance wasn’t required and all the lectures were recorded anyway, and whenever I leave my room I’d smoke to not get anxious . I couldn’t visit my parents either because they live in another country, and I didn’t have the money to travel. And ofcourse I don’t have friends

Do some of you here have friends ? If so Please I need your help

Extremely brutal. I live a similar friendless lonely lifestyle except I live with my family. Wrong forum to ask for advice JFL, especially about making friends.

There’s no way I’m asking this in any other place , I’m gross to look at and malnourished , and I can’t socialize to save my life . So the only place who would genuinely have similar circumstances is here

Get a dog, cat, or a plants
I wish I could , but either way my apartment doesn’t allow pets and I don’t think I’ll be taking good care of any pets since I’m not leaving my room until I finish university

Nothing can help except socialising- Start a combat sport like boxing, kickboxing or mma- a lot of fighters are ugly and loved by fans

How do you not get scared of seeing people ? I always think they are talking about me and making fun ( some people might say I’m just imagining) but many experiences led me to believe otherwise

When you start fighting it all stops- you gain more respect from people where you train and you get less paranoid- you have to push through for a few months- look at fighters like Merab

I’ll take your advice on getting a plant . I’ll get an orange or maybe tomato trees

They are cool!

You should probably eat more food but even currently you would have a huge reach advantage over flyweights (51kg) who are on average 160cm- but I would recommend you gain weight so you can fight at lightweight(61kg)
