Everytime I tell my parents that my height (5'5/165 cm) is way below average and women prefer taller men, they sceam at me saying that women don't care about height or there are guys even shorter than me or they are giving example of my great grandfather who was even shorter than me and had a wife.
I tell them that there are scientific articles proving that what I say is right, but they say, this is bullshit because it's on the internet.

The main problem is that you and OP are focusing on trying to convince someone of something who doesn't take you seriously i.e., doesn't respect you. It won't work, regardless of what you're trying to convince them of.

What you have to do is gain their respect according to their standards, and then you can convince them of most things. That's the life hack to convincing people of things you want them to be convinced of: gain their respect first. Why do you think so many kids respect someone like Andrew Tate and listen to everything he says? Because they respect him for his wealth, status, bitches, and cars. Those are the metrics for gaining respect that teenage boys use, and also many adult and middle-aged males, ironically.

Remember, never reveal your power level. Everyone, except for my closest friends (and even then I never explicitly stated in terms of the black pill), doesn't know that I'm black pilled and hold views that are considered fringe according to mainstream society. Of course, the views are considered fringe, because they don't know what we know, and because they're brainwashed and/or intellectually lazy and/or they haven't lived through our kinds of experiences to bother seeking out explanations that lead them to the black pill.
